Gooood morning chickadees! How you doin?
This morning I woke up at the glorious hour of eight-something (if it’s before 10am it’s all relative — basically I’d rather be asleep) to the sound of a power-drill outside of my window. Or whatever that giant buzzy vroom vroom thing is that construction people hop on and make holes in the ground. Being operated by an ex-boyfriend.
THANKS, ex-boyfriend, you suck.
When I realized extra sleep wasn’t going to happen, I decided it was time for me to bring back a twist on the Cookie Dough Bowl:
Into the bowl went:
- 1 scoop Vega Sport Vanilla Protein
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 1 cup fresh, organically grown blueberries (I know, who am I?!)
