There comes a time when I wonder if I’m too much, or not enough.
That’s the constant struggle.
Too much or not enough.
People don’t always understand either end of the spectrum.
What is “too much” anyway?
Is it a measure of something that has gone past its limit?
Or is it a term for more than was expected?
How about “above and beyond.”
Yes, I like that one better.
Is that a measure of inadequacy?
Of falling short of expectation?
Of being a failure?
It is a something that is restrained.
Release what is held back.
Release the fear of becoming too much.
Because at the end of the day, I would much rather be too much than not enough.
For it is when you reach past your limits that you see what you can become.
Who you truly are.
Rising above expectation.
Making your own path.
Some people don’t see the good in that extra credit.
In putting in more love, more hope, more soul.
Some ridicule the ability to surpass expectations and break boundaries.
Somewhere you will find the strength.
Somehow you will stick to your soul, to yourself, and know thatyou are worth it.
You are worth every second and every piece of joy, of love.
You belong right where you are, and you deserve every height you fly to.
You are special.
You are a ray of light.
You have a heart like none before.
You are worth it.
