Oh heyhey there partners!
Looks like I’m getting all cowgirl on you tonight. Just realized how incredibly skewed that could become. I think I was reenacting the cowboy from Toy Story in that moment.
Anywho. I have gone on a bit of a blogger meet-up spree. Because I have SO MANY stinkin pictures from Christmas, I am going to bring you a little photographical treat of bloggy meetups.
As you know, I spent the day in Manhattan. It was beyond wonderful, and I completely ignored any sign of cold by wearing my convertible gloves (which you have yet to see – they are amazing) and laughing at tourists.
HA, HA. Look at you with your map all confused. HA, HA.
Just kidding, that’s not nice. Maps are handy.
How gorgeous is she?!
We chatted about all things life (good and bad, including men), blogging, college, family, and PR. Love this girl. I see good friendship to continue in our future.
Her arms are long enough that we didn’t need the self-timer. Talk about height advantage.
After she dropped me back at the g-rents house, I went to the bus station with (as I said) my whole extended family and went to Manhattan.
Besides the shenanigans that you will see in full detail at another time (hopefully tomorrow), I had another coffee date. With Kara!
She mentioned that should would be in the city as well, and took it upon herself to go on a wild goose chase as we went from Central Park to Times Square to Bryant Park. It was a heck of a ride. When we finally found each other; turned out we were standing ten feet away from each other and on the phone. What are the chances?
She’s adorable and sounds like Ellen DeGeneres when she talks. I’m a fan. Let’s get coffee again soon, kay?
That’s all for now bubblyboos! I will be road-tripping in the morning down to Virginia to see my Grandma and two of my Aunts (the cool kind) to hang out. My poor Dad. The lone man out. Maybe we can paint his toes.
See you tomorrow!
