So, last night I wrote a post that was ridiculously and seriously personal. I’m not sorry about it. All of your support and love has really helped me to see a bit clearer, and I hope that it is also a relief for all of YOU to share your stories! The rest of the night was way better. I got out of the house. Live from Rochester, it’s Saturday night. I rocked it by purchasing some fresh and natural goodies for my face.
Mmmm, totally not edible.
Earlier in the day, I actually made some exercise happen. A bit over an hour of yoga, followed by 30-ish minutes on the Gazelle machine (as we call it around these parts), and five-ish minutes on the treadmill. You do what you gotta do.
Euro2012 Spain vs. France game in the background. They’re no Germany, but it was a tense game. I’m a fan.
I also got froyo.
I don’t feel bad about it.
With that, some exciting news that also involves froyo. Last week (or the week before? I have no sense of time anymore), I registered for Healthy Living Summit and will be attending in Boston (BEAAAAANTOWN!) at the end of this summer.
I’m so excited to stuff my face with more froyo and meet even more famous people.
I’m so glad we’re friends now, Bachelorette. It’s an honahhhhh.
But really and truly, the Healthy Living Summit is a bonding experience like no other. Yes, there are learning sessions (which are fascinating), and yes, there is majorly good food, but in the grand scheme of things, I left with unbreakable bonds made with the ladies who have become my closest bloggy blends.
I’m lookin at alla you, gehlfriends. I can’t wait…. to see y’all again. (oops I did it again… channeled Miley Cyrus)
Will I be seeing you this summer at HLS?!
Any exciting summer plans?? (besides HLS of course…)
