It’s that time of year. I’m trying to get back in shape, and I’m kind of in shape, but I’d like to be in better shape. Now is the time for me to hit the beach, people, and I’d like to look fresh.
So, I introduce to you the Eat Clean, Sweat Dirty Challenge.
It’s not just for July. It’s for every day. The whole year. All 365-stinkin-days of it. You want to know why? Because we care about how we feel. How we look. And most of all, we care about our happiness.
Every day, I will be checking in with you on my clean eats and my sweaty, red-in-the-face workouts. I’ll be sharing all of them with you, so you can do them yourselves. I’m going to challenge myself to make myself sweat dirty every day. If I don’t have time to hit the gym, then I’ll be doing at-home moves and sharing them with you.
I’ll be eating yummy, and disgustingly simple, clean meals (and snacks!) that get me through the day, whether it’s waitressing or working on graphic design. A girl’s gotta eat, and I don’t skimp when I start craving. I’ll turn my cravings into healthy ones. Ahem, clean ones, and I won’t be restricting myself.
