Since we’re eating clean and sweating dirty, I thought I’d share my pre-beach morning routine.
I had a cup or so of grapes and a banana pre-workout, and then ran for 20-ish minutes, speeding up during the chorus of each song. Varied between 6.0 and 7.0 speed. Lunges, squats, and side lunges afterward.
Any good run has to involve this jam. AXiD xistas, you feel me on this one.
Oat bran, 1 scoop Vega vanilla protein, SunButter, raisins, and almond milk to top.
