Hey there Day Three! Guess who’s sippin on some homemade goodness this morning?
This girl. Last night, my aunt gave me an early birthday gift and was spot on. She knows me so well.
I woke up super hungry, so a workout was out of the question. I’ve noticed that now that I’ve been doing the high-intensity interval workouts, every-other-day is usually the best way for me to exercise. On the in-between days, I do something recreational like biking, a jog, or paddleboarding (!!). Because I’ll be doing some activity in the sun later, a hefty breakfast was in order.
If this doesn’t hold me over, I don’t know what will. Celebrating a day early! Oat bran, Vega vanilla protein, sunbutter, almond milk, blueberries, raspberries. So. full.

Goosebumps, right? I stumbled upon this video via my headquarters at FitFluential. I love the mantra: Protect this House. I will. The House could be your team, your family, your body, your health. Whatever it is, protect it. It takes hard work, but you and I, all of us, can do it.
