Seriously. You will never need another workout playlist. Until new songs come out because then we’ll have to add them.
The playlist runs for about two hours, which gives you plenty of jams for a one-hour workout, or even a two-hour, as well as variety. Almost all of them are ones you can rap to and fist pump between box jumps. You are super welcome.

Did you participate in the 31 Heroes challenge today?! –> I busted it out a 7:15 this morning and completed 8 rounds and 6 reps with my partner. It was killer. My only regret: Not warming up well enough and not pushing harder. Better next time.
