The Only Workout Playlist You’ll Ever Need.

Seriously. You will never need another workout playlist. Until new songs come out because then we’ll have to add them.

You can listen to the playlist with me HERE. On Facebook or on Spotify. Whatever fits your bill!

The playlist runs for about two hours, which gives you plenty of jams for a one-hour workout, or even a two-hour, as well as variety. Almost all of them are ones you can rap to and fist pump between box jumps. You are super welcome.

No vlog today because I’m all hyped up about my vacation! But actually I’m just too swamped in e-mails and blogging and graphic design projects. Packing is hard work, yo. See you from New Hampshire!

What are your favorite songs // music to listen to while working out?
Did you participate in the 31 Heroes challenge today?! –> I busted it out a 7:15 this morning and completed 8 rounds and 6 reps with my partner. It was killer. My only regret: Not warming up well enough and not pushing harder. Better next time.

Currently loving “Call Me Maybe” – it is just SO peppy! Hahaha, it will never get old to me. Will have to check out some of these songs though!

Oooh, great playlist (although too many songs with Explicit lyrics for my iPod, which often gets grabbed and listened to by kids!)

I like heavier music for my workouts. More in the punk/hard rock category. The beat just gets me pumped up.

Thank you! I haven’t lost any weight. I’ve definitely gained muscle, but I haven’t done any measurements or anything like that.
