Here it is! Straight up yumminess. I went to a dinner party at a friend’s apartment last night (SO good and such good company — had salad, fruit, olives, and pesto chicken!), but had a little bit of this a few hours later. So dang good.

Pre-workout snack with CrossFitHQ in the background! Lately, jerky, espresso, and some almond-butter pre-WOD work really well in powering through my workouts without any stomach cramping or hunger. It digests so quickly.
