That Slow Cooker Chicken You Were All Asking About…

Here it is! Straight up yumminess. I went to a dinner party at a friend’s apartment last night (SO good and such good company — had salad, fruit, olives, and pesto chicken!), but had a little bit of this a few hours later. So dang good.

Now I’m having summa dis…..

Pre-workout snack with CrossFitHQ in the background! Lately, jerky, espresso, and some almond-butter pre-WOD work really well in powering through my workouts without any stomach cramping or hunger. It digests so quickly.

What do you eat pre-workout?
What did you have for dinner last night?

P.S. D moves in today!!! So excited to see my roomie.

Slow cookers are awesome! Once I am in possession of my kitchen gadgets again, I am going to go crazy… the cousin may be all fancy and producer-y, but she has NOTHING to work with in the kitchen! I’m super jealous of your slow cooker, and the chix sounds amazing :-)

Since I go to the 5am class I don’t really eat a meal before but I have a almond milk/protein shake! last night we had fajita salad for dinner. yummers!

YUM!! the slowcooker chicken looks awesome!!! this is going to be completely perfect for the fall!!!! mmmm,. last night i went to dinner with one of my girlfriends. i had seared scallops, aspargus, and lemon risotto. it was amazeballs!!!

For supper last night I had… popcorn and raisins. I was feeling pretty lazy and was watching a movie with a friend. I plan on making up on this short coming tonight – going out with the girls!

Love the slow cooker. Tortilla soup is always the best… last night we had some chicken, potatos and rice. Simple, but yummy. Great share!

I actually don’t eat before morning workouts – but usually have fruit mid-afternoon if I hit the gym after work! I also had crockpot chicken last night :) love me some slow cooker meals!

I love slow-cookers. I used to LOVE my grandmothers recipe for beef stew in the slow cooker, but I’m a vegetarian now. Any good recipes for those of us who don’t eat meat?
