Look at what I woke up to this morning?!
That’s my kinda kid.
Let’s talk about the first things I think about when I wake up:
Fuzzy socks and coffee. One thing I love (and hate) about living up yonder is that it gets suuuper chilly at night and makes my room frozen the next morning. I like sleeping with my room slightly cold (always been this way, crank the A/C up in the summer, turn the heat down in the winter), but when I leave my window all the way open with the fan on, it’s like I’m waking up in a freakin’ igloo.
No big, just bring on the fuzzy stuff.
My favorite thing to do (learned from a tip by one of my best girls) is to chop up some bacon and throw it in the pan before you make your eggs. Saute them a little bit, let the bacon bits brown (say that ten times fast), and then add in your eggs. I’m a scramble girl, but I know you could make a bomb omelette with this method.
It makes everything taste like bacon, and we all know that’s a good thing. (vegans and vegetarians, try it with fake’n bacon with eggs or tofu — guaranteed it will taste just as bomb)
Do you love mornings? Why or why not?
Bacon + eggs –> yay or nay?
What do you think about first thing in the morning?
