Since we’re eating clean and sweating dirty, I thought I’d share my pre-beach morning routine. I had a cup or so of grapes and a banana pre-workout, and then ran for 20-ish minutes, speeding up during the chorus of each song. Varied between 6.0 and 7.0 speed.
